“All copyrights are reserved for this created piece of art, including illustrations and graphic works (style, font, color, drawing). Upon receipt of the full agreed amount, we will transfer all copyrights.”.
Revision Policy
Revisions depend on the package selected. Clients are entitled to five free revisions provided the design and concept remain unchanged. Revision turnaround time is typically 5 working days, but may vary based on the complexity of the design.
Refund Policy
MBR Hawks offers refunds within 15 days of order placement, but this policy is subject to the following conditions:
Initial Concepts:
- Refunds are only applicable if requested after viewing the initial design samples.
- Revisions or approval of the initial design voids the refund guarantee.
Non-Responsiveness:
- If the client is unresponsive for 15 days, the refund policy becomes void. However, the project can be put on hold for up to 90 days upon written request.
Package Services:
- For bundled services (e.g., Logo & Website), refunds are only applicable for services not initiated. Once a service is availed or approved, no partial refunds will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- Duplicate charges will be refunded in full.
- If the delivered design does not meet agreed requirements (with proof), a refund can be claimed.
Refund Timeline:
- Full refund (less 10% administrative fee) if requested before delivery of initial concepts.
- 66% refund (less 10% administrative fee) if requested within 48 hours of receiving the initial design.
- 33% refund (less 10% administrative fee) if requested within 48-96 hours of initial design delivery.
- No refunds will be entertained after 96 hours of initial design delivery.
Other Conditions:
- No refunds are available after the final files are delivered or for expedited services (e.g., 48-hour design fees).
- Refund requests must be submitted to the support team and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Ownership Upon Refund:
If a refund is issued, all design rights revert to MBR Hawks. The client cannot use or claim ownership of any version of the refunded designs.
Quality Assurance Policy
We ensure all designs strictly adhere to the client’s provided specifications. Each design undergoes thorough research to ensure quality, originality, and uniqueness.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer unlimited revisions (based on the package) to ensure client satisfaction and will continue refining the design until expectations are met.
Delivery Policy
- All design files are delivered via email within 5-7 business days unless rush delivery is requested.
- Rush delivery for initial logos is available within 24-48 hours for an additional $100.
- Policies for revisions and refunds are applicable from the date and time of delivery.
Domain and Hosting
- Domain and hosting are provided only if included in the package.
- Email accounts are only available if the website is hosted on our servers.
Record Maintenance
We retain final design files for 90 days after project completion. If files are needed beyond this period, a written request must be submitted within the retention period.
